Renaissance Suite here can be rented at Rs. 10,000 per night and Deluxe Suite can be rented at Rs. 15,000 per night. The mentioned rates include courtesy airport pick and drop and complimentary breakfast. Additional taxes are applicable on the mentioned rates.

The various halls available here include the Millennium Hall, Grand Millennium Hall, Palacio Hall, Silver Hall, Golden Hall, Solitare Hall and Samellan.

Millennium Hall located on the first floor is a centrally air conditioned 5120 Sq. Ft. hall that has 400 chairs placed in theater style. Grand Millennium Hall is on the 3rd floor. It is centrally air conditioned and spread over an area of 2500 Sq. Ft. It includes 200 chairs placed in theater style. Palacio Hall located on the 1st floor is a 7000 Sq Ft. large fully carpeted centrally air conditioned banquet hall that has the capacity of accommodating a huge number of people. 600 chairs have been placed here in theater style and 40-50 exhibition stalls can easily be set up here. Samellan located on the 1st floor is spread over an area of 3481 Sq. Ft. It is centrally air conditioned and accommodates 100 chairs. 25- 30 stalls can be set up here. All these halls also have separate cloak rooms for ladies and gents, Anexxe kitchens and lift accessibility.

Silver Hall located on the 5th floor is spread over an area of 400 Sq. Ft. and is centrally air conditioned. It includes 20 chairs. Golden Hall is another centrally air conditioned hall spread over 300 Sq. Ft. It is located on the 5th floor and has a total of 20 chairs. Solitare Hall is also located on the 5th floor. It is centrally air conditioned and spread over a floor space of 1200 Sq. Ft. It has 40 chairs placed in theater style.

The hotels also includes a fully air conditioned multi-cuisine restaurant named Meeting Point that provides several mouthwatering cuisines.
