Krazy Castle Nagpur

With sun sparkling soothingly and weather so pleasing, this seems to be a perfect time to picnic. And if you are in Nagpur, you get a fabulous option to picnic out and that too without traveling too far away from home or spending too much time and it is at the Krazy Castle. It is an aqua park located opposite to Ambazari Lake in Subhash Nagar, about 6kms from the city center and on the western side of Nagpur.

This Amusement-cum-water park is designed by the well-known architect Mr. Nitesh Roy (who is the designer of Ramoji Film City). It is a joint venture of M/s Haldiram Foods International Ltd and Nagpur Improvement Trust (NIT).

This beautiful picnic spot is also known by the names Krazy Castle Waterpark and Krazy Land Amusement Park. It is spread over 70 thousand sq.ft in area, claims to be the most aspiring family entertainment zone in Central India.

Once you reach the entrance of the water park, you are welcomed by the gigantic face and you have to walk straight through the palm to enter the amazing water park. There are many fun options available to you like Zoom Tower, Splash Tower, water pool, lazy Crazy River and pendulum slides. Rain dance and sea waves are some more attractions that are very much loved by the youngsters.

The staff is quite friendly and visitors are provided with enough security. They also provide swim suits and towels plus lockers and that too at a very nominal price. However this is not mandatory and you can carry your own clothes instead.

Amusement park provides you a large variety of rides for both adults and kids. Columbus rides, Dashing Car, video games, bull ride are just a few to name. Kids can enjoy these rides for hours while their parents can chill out and enjoy themselves. Senior citizen will also find this park entertaining and they can spend some quality time enjoying with their children and grandchildren.

The Castle is not only for fun and games, if your tummy wants some food after so much of playing, swimming and dancing then this Castle also provides some yummy options to eat. They have two restaurants, one is Cleopatra - the ship restaurant and the other one is the great banyan food court. So once you have spent all your energy in the amusement park or water park, come to one of these restaurants and indulge in pampering your sense of taste.

For adults the fee at the Krazy castle, Nagpur is Rs.185.00 on weekdays and Rs.225.00 on Sundays and public holidays. Whereas they offer rebate for the senior citizens, giving them tickets at Rs.150.00. Child Height ticket is also Rs.150.00.

The water park is open from 11am in the morning to 6pm in the evening. Whereas the amusement park is open from 3pm in the afternoon to 7pm in the evening.
